Welcome! I am Blagoy Blagoev and I study, teach and advise on questions of management at the intersection of organization theory, strategy, technology and innovation.

For over 15 years, my work has been motivated by two questions: Why do successful organizations, led by capable people, stick to strategies and structures that no longer serve them? And why, even when disruption forces their hand, do so many still fail to innovate? What I found to be the key yet regularly overlooked factor is: time, the hidden dimension that frequently makes or breaks organizations. My approach is thus grounded in what I term Temporal Design.
